Buses are late or never turn up. If you do manage to catch one they always seem dirty, even in a morning on first services of the day, like it hasn't been cleaned the previous night. Tried numerous times to complain through their website and all I get is error on the form. Totally given up with this bus company.

Shocking service especially on the x78 route. Last few weeks between 30 and 40 minutes wait time.and ones just drove by with out stopping

Bus drivers should check that there is sufficient room for buggies before setting off and asking someone to get off at the next stop. Threatening to call the police is rediculous too as it's not a criminal matter, threatening to say I'm being aggressive when I'm not IS a criminal offence. Learn to count and learn some customer service.
