If you're visiting Clevedon, Warrens is a good choice. We've stayed here a couple of times before, this time we stayed in a 2 bedroom self-catered unit.First the positives:- It's very quiet- The place is spotless. Everywhere.- Loads of space for the kids to run around in.- Safe- Convenient locationThe negatives:- minimal crockery, next to no plates or bowls, mismatched and very few forks/knives/spoons.- toilet brush missing/not provided (?)- no soap or dishwashing liquid provided- no tea towelDespite the place being very clean, the decoration is designed in such a way as to have everything easily replaceable - essentially it's designed for the revenue-generation factor rather than the aesthetic aspect for the visitor's benefit. The unit we rented was marked as self-catered but there was barely anything to eat with. There was no indication for us of what to bring/what not to bring. Granted there's a couple of supermarkets just 5 mins drive away but a bit more expectation management for the visitor would have really gone a long way. Also, what's with sockets available on the ceiling of the kitchen - there are 6 of them?Having said all of that, we'll likely stay there again as it's good enough.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Ben the bar man was very friendly and polite and was also very helpful. The cheapest pool table around, only 50p!

Tucked away even some of the locals don't know it's there. The best of both idyllic country views & a stunning lake. It's own on site restaurant, with the most friendly and helpful staff, Thank You Kay for your detailed help with the bus service!!So close to the beautiful unspoilt Victorian seaside town of Clevedon. My accommodation was spacious and very clean & comfortable.Gorgeous breakfast too!!

Perfect base to explore the area 20 mins from Weston-super-Mare, and a medium fishing lake to enjoy , rooms a good size and private bathroom fridge and kettle all the basics required, there is a bar, restaurant, and a laundrette on site also.

Stayed for one night and we were gutted to find that it was fully booked for the following night as we wanted to extend our stay as we enjoyed it so much.Everything was spotless, bed was comfy and we were located next to the beautiful lake. Ate breakfast at Angelina’s and was tasty and served hot, sadly they had an issue in the kitchen so we didn’t get to try the carvery we had been looking forward to as we had heard great things from friends who stay regularly but perfect excuse to go back I guess!Entertainment was good and all of the staff we had interactions with were pleasant and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

We have been here before and the place is clean and comfortable and central to clevedon and nailsea. Loads of parking and a quiet environment for a good night sleep.I'm writing however about the customer service and how amazing it was. We had an issue on our end and it was dealt with beautifully and with such kindness - absolutley wonderful!

Was not pleased with stay here, although it was only for one night. The first issue occurred when we went to check into our rooms which we had pre-booked, we were there informed that they hadn’t booked our rooms and they ‘didn’t know what we were talking about’ luckily they had the rooms we wanted but this could have been a big issue otherwise. The next issue was the state in which our rooms were, there were cobwebs in the corners and an alarming amount of dust on just about everything, there were stains of paint marks and scratches on all the walls and even the floors.Overall for the price we could have gotten much better at somewhere such as a premier inn or any other hotel in the area. Would definitely not stay here again.

My husband and I will not be staying again. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were constantly waking up all night. Which made us cut our day short of the things we wanted to do as was too tired. There's a lot of dust on the head board and the bathroom looked as though it had the most basic wipe over as there was still soap and shampoo bottle marks over the bath. Bathroom tiles and panels very dirty. We went to the onsite bar/restaurant and it stinks of sewerage outside with it still lingering in the background when sat at the bar. We decided to drink up and eat elsewhere as the smell turned us off wanting to be in there let alone eat there. Overall it was the worst night away we have had in years.
