What an amazing service! Really helpful and friendly staff, with pick up/drop of to Perth station if booked in advance. I had the most amazing time driving around Scotland in one of their cars.....actually I like to think of it as my car now - we bonded!I booked an automatic ford focus, or similar, at an excellent price. I was upgraded to a 4x4 Jaguar P200.....yes a Jaguar! Its no ford focus! Wow what a drive, I have never driven a car like that, I was a bit daunted....but what an amazing car it is. So easy to drive, pure pleasure, I enjoyed every minute of it.As a newly separated 55 year old woman I had a longing for big skies and the open road, I had no idea I would be doing it in such style. Thank you so much Enterprise team in Perth. It was a wonderful experience.

Booked and paid online for my van 2 weeks in advance for moving house, 3 hours before collection they phoned and cancelled because the van needed a service. This caused loads of problems as no one else in the area had a van available. I had to go to glenrothes to get one.And to add to the problems I still haven't been refunded over 5 weeks later I've called 3 times and been promised a call back but still nothing, I'm now going to contact the bank, what a headache.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Booked online, got a confirmation email, they took £240 off my card, then rang 1 hr later to say head office should have closed the web availability as they have nothing. 2 weeks later and they still have my money. Emails ignored, branch say ring customer service, customer said ring the branch. Took my money, never provided a vehicle and now it’s impossible to contact anyone who will help return my money. I would recommend you use anyone but this awful company

My worst experience with a car renting company so far. I rent a car online and paid for it 3 weeks in advance. They informed me 2 weeks later (4 days before my booking was due) that I can't collect a car, since the information they provided on their website was not accurate at the time I was making a booking and my reservation will be cancelled. I called them 3 times since to solve the issue (add a main driver who meets the branch requirements for rental), after the third phone call they offered me downgraded car for double the price, as a solution. Avoid.

Terrible company...tried to overcharge me £80 on pick up then charged me £100 for a tyre gouge that they missed but should be classed as a perishable item given pot holes etc ...the girl did not inspect the tyres on pick up only body work...scammers ...stay away from the Perth Arran road branch

booking arranged and paid for. All docs requested and were refused because my wife doesn’t have a credit card. We arranged childcare etc around the booking. Jokers. AVOID

Would have been fantastic if they actually delivered the van on time when they said they would, They called up on the same day we were meant to pick up for 3 days and then they sorry the van is smashed sorry. So we can't have the van then! Well you better get a van as we have a deadline to move items out of a place to be completed by. So eventually a van turns up at 2 by this time our journey and time would be at midnight to our final destination. This was a major inconvenience for us as it meant a longer journey time through the night which is again another major hassle for drivers who are not used to driving a Luton van with tail lift.
