Came in for passport photo. Had 3 tries and asked for another last one. The person working here asked if it’s for a passport or fashion shoot. Poor guy. That’s why he never got into St Martins because he confused shooting passport pictures with shooting for Vogue

Very fast professional service! The quality of the scans are so sharp, the highest I have ever experienced! Just what I need to run my Serviced Office business on Mortimer Street. We use them for our prints, frames around the House, posters and marketing flyers. SAME DAY turnaround!

Do not go there to take document photos. You could do better photos with your iPhone. Very ignorant and incompetent staff. 15£ wasted.

Gerry and Cristina are the most friendly and professional customer service reps I’ve dealt with this year. Fast, warm and patient. I live miles away but I will only come to this branch to print my photographs 5 stars all round!

When I went back to Snappy Snaps Thayer St, concerned that the UK driving licence photos I got taken there yesterday weren’t going to be accepted, the staff member (Christina) really reassured me about the things I was concerned about. But then she noticed the background of the photo (that was picked for the photo by her colleague yesterday) didn’t look right for UK driving licences, so she retook the photos with the right colour background, free of charge! She was really friendly and helpful
