Excellent Care Company.I needed live-in care for my mother who had challenging and complex needs due to dementia. My experience with The Live in Care Company was excellent from the start. The benefit of this company, ran by a few people, is that they knew me, my mum and her situation. When I phoned, I spoke directly to one of the directors. This personal touch was invaluable. They readily listened to my concerns and understood the issues I had regarding getting the right carer for mum but I felt reassured by them that they would provide the right carer to look after her and that’s exactly what happened! Kessie was the perfect match for mum. She provided her with the care, kindness and empathy that mum needed to help her remain where she wanted to be, at home, for the last year of her life. I would certainly highly recommend this company to anyone looking for similar care.

Luca and the entire team have been extremely supportive, professional and diligent in selecting a carer for my mother. We had a sudden situation where we needed care at short notice for my mother. We contacted The Live in Care Co. In short time they had arranged a carer and a start date. The carer arrived and fitted in straight away. Within four days of our call my mother was back in her own house and receiving first rate care. A huge pressure was taken off the family. After many months deliberating about care for our father who has dementia and our mother was exhausted from looking after him we were lucky enough to be introduced to Luca at The Live in care company. Following a few zoom calls and emails Luca matched us with a few Carer’s CVS which led us to a lovely Carer who moved in and changed all our lives. We were lucky again when the first Carer went home for a break again it was a perfect match. Luca was very patient with us during the selection process knowing that it is a big step for a family to take.

I highly recommend the Live In Care company. We had a fantastic experience working with them. Luca very quickly found a first class carer, Catalina, for my mum. Catalina provided excellent care and were supplemented by an additional overnight carer when that was required. The whole company is very attentive and responsive and you feel like a very valued client when working with them. A pleasure to work with from the first call all the way through to invoicing.Most importantly, really excellent care provided to my mum. Highly recommended.
