Over the years have purchased hifi from Sevenoaks Online, and their stores in Tunbridge Wells, and most recently Sevenoaks itself. Have always been pleased with expertise / quality of service provided by their staff.

What a great experience from start to finish. The team were so knowledgeable, with a refreshingly easy approach. The result was a system beyond our expectations. With some subtle prompts we finally chose a high end audio system which delivers maximum quality whilst still within our budget. We will be back no doubt for future upgrades. Lovely lovely people! I spoke to gavin at this branch and it was emotional for me if I’m honest because I’ve been very very sick and I’ve got Blood cancer and Because of that I don’t always have the whole amount of money for what I want in one go ! The equipment I want is very good quality so it’s expensive! Anyway I contacted them to ask them if I was to come in and I saw something that I liked would I be able to place down a deposit and come along a few weeks later to pay the balance and collect the item because that way it would allow me to be able to afford what I want , I contacted two other Audio places first to ask this , one was Richer sounds and the other was Peter Tyson and they didn’t even bother to get back to me or Acknowledge me , It was really really hard for me to approach them and to ask because I’ve never had to ask that before because I’ve always just got it outright but because I’ve had to give up most of my work!! things are harder but I still love my music! I’m having loads of treatment at home and I just wanted to listen to some soft music whilst I have treatment! Music to me is so so important when you are up against life’s battles and it was really hard to swallow the fact that I had to ask the other places ! I contacted Sevenoaks after a friend said to me how good they were and I actually hurried off the phone because I felt like my lip was gonna go if I’m honest because the guy couldn’t of been nicer ! Not a single word of hesitation! He just said of course they can help ! I’m so so grateful for it ! It wasn’t easy for me to ask with my tail between my legs ! It’s things like this that make a business! I’m terminally unwell and I am stuck in a room with drips and needles hanging out of me and all I want is some good sounding music to close my eyes too and when your so used to being kicked when your down and you meet people who are really nice it really does make your day and helps you feel a bit more positive about Things ! I am really incredibly grateful! To Sevenoaks and especially to Gavin ! Absolute gentleman and it was closing time ! Thanks Buddy ! Made my day!

Fantastic service! My old TV broke and had a replacement delivered and connected within a few days. Thank you to James and the team i would not go anywhere else!

James and the team provided a first class service when installing my new turntable and amp recently. Customer service top notch with Gavin coming out the same day to rectify a subsequent issue with the turntable connectors. Based on my experience I will consider them first again if I want any more hi-fi or a new home cinema system despite them not being my closest hi fi dealership

Bought quite a lot of kit from SSAV over the last year. Great delivery experience. Recently had cause to ask them for a bit of after sales service and they were superb. Very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend them.

Rang to enquire about a replacement CD player. I originally had one in mind but after a long discussion Andrew and his colleague steered Me to a slightly cheaper model. It would have been delivered the following day if DPD hadn't decided to send it via Birmingham. On arrival it was wired into My pre amp and started playing a recently purchased remastered CD and I was blown away. Thanks to all at Sevenoaks Sound and Vision. Highly recommended.

Naim 500 series purchase. I wasn't sure at first having been used to smaller specialist hifi dealers. However, I found Sevenoaks Sound and Vision able to balance being knowledgable whilst not patronising. The result was a shared organic experience, not pressured and allowed me to go on my own journey of discovery without the snootiness that can often be associated with high end purchases.Overall fantastic experience with special thanks to Andy and Paul who were there to answer all my questions and multiple demos. They event went as far as to accommodate my request for wanting to slowly unbox and install each part myself with their watchful gaze to guide me through each step.Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a high end audio system, looking for price flexibility and excellent customer service.
