What could be a good space is a neglected, dirty, Scruffy dump. A local hang out for drinks, druggies and rats. Avoid at night as it is nasty and unpleasant.

Looks lovely in the picture but I live right nearby and it is simply a haven for drug addicts, dealers, alcoholics, pretend homeless, real homeless and groups of teenagers smoking pungent strains of marijuana! Bands play at the weird cafe at weekends, drawing a small audience of music lovers.

Warrior Square Garden
Very small park / patch of green in Central Southend. No playground equipment, literally a rectangular area of grass with a café at one end. Nice place to sit and eat your lunch in the summer.

I'd give it four stars if they'd just put a century garden there and maybe some more shrubs. It's in need of more surveillance as well just for the comfort for people to feel heavenly safety

During my visit during the daytime it was quiet and peaceful just a short walk from the High Street.
