Really disappointed with ring made here approx 2 years ago. Two stones have fallen out within months of each other. These stones were of great sentimental value & staff showed no empathy whatsoever & insisted, on both occasions, that there had been trauma. Also advised that another diamond was in danger of falling out?? Have been coming here for years but won't be back. Poor design, quality & customer service.

My Fiance purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from here, they worked very hard on getting the ring resized to my ring size quickly and then after I manged to damage my ring (because I am very clumsy) they were able to fix it straight away. Perfect customer service and I cant wait to go in to choose our wedding rings!

Wow. Took a couple of fairly good watches to here to get new batteries fitted. Went back to collect them to be told could only do one of them as couldn't get the back off the other?? Girls were very polite and courteous but the man who spoke to me (might be the owner?) Clearly hasn't had the memo about customer service and was very off hand about it. Clearly not a big enough job to be bothering with. I took it to a fantastic jeweller not more than 300 yards up the road. Completely different attitude and, guess what, was able to get the back off and done the job within half an hour!

Staff are very helpfully and go out of their way to make things easier for a customer especially if they have poor mobility ...

Came up from England pipped in to see replace broken chain for which I got oriced sky high at a jewellery shop got great price here for exactly same thing thankyou 3rd purchase from you

Put a watch in for a new battery went to collect the watch was told they couldn't get the back off but was not told about they have put large scratches and dents on the side and back of the watch case. Shocking service would highly not recommend Ian Gallacher Jewlers

Having bought a ring from here before, we returned on Friday 12/5/23 to purchase another one.The staff were lovely, Megan and Lyndsay were so helpful.I knew I wanted a trilogy ring as memory to my dad who we lost in 2016 my mum who we lost in 2022 and my young brother who who we lost the same year to cancer.There was no pressure at all and gave me as much time as I needed to make my choice.I ended up choosing a lovely oval centre stone with pear shape on either side.Absolutely delighted with my choice helped by the lovely staff.Would highly recommend a visit,the choice and variation in prices is unbelievable.
