Simply put, I can't recommend Rachel enough as a hypnotherapist. Thanks to my sessions with her I was able to not only come out of a really dark place in my life, but have also acquired the tools and skillset to deal with anything life throws at me. I met Rachel in 2021 through a recommendation by a friend. I was interested in the idea of hypnotherapy and its potential benefits. I decided to pursue this method because of its effectiveness in a relatively short time, especially compared to other therapy methods. Contrary to popular belief, you're not actually put to sleep, but rather in a state where you're encouraged to explore and observe thoughts that you wouldn't usually consider.The sessions are tailored to your specific needs and areas you wish to explore. Additionally, Rachel has taught me several techniques that help me connect with my subconscious. She has always checked up on me and made sure that what we were doing was exactly what I was hoping to get out of therapy. Two years later, I am still reaping the benefits.It has been a very positive and beneficial experience. Highly recommend!
