Perfect Fit

Fantastic service, so glad I went. Well worth a visit. I was wearing the wrong size, had an inkling but to have it confirmed. Never walked out with so much swagger and confidence in my new undergarments!

I called in one lunchtime and it was empty! I'd been before and it was packed and didn't have the individual attention I was after, so this was a pleasant surprise. I tried on one garment I was after, it fitted and I bought it! And a bonus was that there was a discount! So very pleased.

Make sure you are happy with your purchase before you buyI bought two bras here for £80. The owner fitted me in the shop said that the bras were a great fitWhen I got home I put one of them on and had to take it off after two hours.The sides rolled up and caused my skin to be sore from cutting in and the wires dug into my sides causing a very sore and tender areaI still have the marks 3 days later.I went back to the shop for a refund. Their policy says credit note only I argued that they were not fit for purpose as I could not wear them. The owner refused she said that they fit me perfectly and there was nothing wrong with them. She said it was ‘normal’ to get discomfort from wires. She offered to re fit me which I agreed to. She brought me various other bras which all rolled up and cut in. She still would not give me a refund. She tried a bigger size which actually felt tighter, she said black material is always tighter when you first buy it !!!!I am disappointed upset and angry. I have been left with a credit not for £80 which I am very unlikely to use as I feel I never want to set foot back in that shop.

Excellent service. Popped in on the off chance they could fit me in for a fitting and was seen within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I walked out with a lovely bra which fitted perfectly.

Bra wizards!!!! Amazing!! I can never find well fitting bras but the lady at the front desk knew my rough size at a glance and within 10 minutes I'd tried on a couple and found a genuinely perfect fit. This is a game changer for me, I don't know how I managed before.Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Incredibly wide sizing range and decent pricing.I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and definitely coming back!

Staff are always so friendly in here, willing to help and do an amazing job of picking out something that not only fits like a dream, but looks really nice too.

Very saddened to see the decline in this shop and the service. Have not been to the shop for 2 or 3 years, since moving away but made a special trip when recently in the area. Wow, a very different experience to overall service. Fitting completely wrong (I was told she was traing but no-one checked her work). If I had not told her my size, I would have ended up with a bra at least 2 sizes too big! I should have realised something was wrong when I walked straight into fitting room on a Saturday afternoon. You used to wait for anything up to an hour but you knew it was worth it. No purchase made this visit as very poor stock and apparently my size is very popular! Mmmmmm poor excuse! Sorry to say will not be frequenting this business again!

I can't recommend Perfect Fit highly enough. They were wonderful to both myself and a lady I support who has learning difficulties. The range is amazing and the staff were so understanding and helpful. We both needed a little extra help and nothing was too much trouble. The staff put us at both at ease on both occasions we visited and were professional and friendly. I have recommend them to so many and this is definitely my go to shop for underwear and swim wear. Thank you x
