This place is amazing if they don't have what I need in Stock the owner will oder it in for me, then deliver to me door free of charge.The staff are great, welcoming and the new girl is better then any pets at home work could ever be.This is a great improvement to the high Street

I didn't buy anything from the store I just rung to see if they had a certain product that I needed in an emergency. They didn't stock the product but we're very helpful telling me where I might get it and we're also very compassionate about my situation.

Very friendly staff Good selections of budgies for which is why I went there I have bought two so far and they are doing very well. Will be going again soon

Friendly welcome by staff however, two large parrots in a small cage one of them rocking backwards and forwards. Why does anyone want to put birds (that need and want to fly) like this in small cages. Felt very disappointed otherwise would have purchased in this shop.

Wonderful local pet store selling a range of pet food and accessories as well as wild bird food. Wonderfully friendly staff, including Whisky the dog who does door security and a handsome parrot who can sometimes be seen taking a shift on the till.

Small pet store with a very limited range of goods and pets. Tropical and cold-water fish. Limited range of dry goods for fish. Prices not expensive but not the best husbandry.
