Central Heating Hub

Very professional company, dealt with our boiler problem quickly and efficiently. A guy called Neil came and fixed it, he wore covers on his feet, was respectful with our property and was friendly. Would definitely use again.

Superb & highly recommended.Heating Hub installed our new Worcester Bosch boiler and 2 radiators. Firstly they were competitive on price, they here to do a decent job. Neil the owner visited on the first day to introduce himself and ran through what we would expect during the installation. They delivered a superb service, doing exactly what they said, when they said and for the price they said. All of the heating engineers were polite, informative and took great care. We had a couple of minor issues with the product upon installation (a product rather than engineer fault) and Central Heating Hub went absolutely out of their way to remedy the situation. It can be difficult to find reliable trades people who deliver quality - these do everytime.

Brilliant service. Phoned on Saturday morning and they came out Saturday afternoon and got power to our boiler restored. Fantastic friendly service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them for all future work in our home and would highly recommend to friends and family.

On time safe polite clean and very professional.I booked a service and they turned up on time which is very rare from other providers.Fantastic customer service skills and took precautions for covid very seriously.I felt safe and let them do there work.All work was done to a professional standard and left cleaner than when they arrived.I would most definitely recommend this business.

Would definitely recommend this Company, communication was excellent, arrived when they said they would. They even asked to borrow the vacuum toClean up after them :) very happy customer.

After contacting Central Heating Hub and Neil coming to visit the property and price up work etc a price was agreed over a 3/4 week period. I then asked when the work could be completed as Neil mentioned a 6-8 week timescale before starting which was not a problem. I then received an email stating they could no longer commit to carrying out the work. Really poor and a real waste of my time as if they didn't have capacity why come out and then drag it on for 3-4 weeks! Would not use the company going forward as it appears they cant manage workloads or their work timelines.

Central heating installed my new boiler , they were very efficient clean & tidy and very covid safe , A very pleasant experience. would reccomend to family & friends. Thank you Central heating hub .

We had an issue with our back boiler and was without heating and hot water for 1 week. I contacted Central Heating Hub and Neil came round as soon as he could and had the old thing up and running in no time at all. Will be using these guys again when we finally decide to update the system and get a combi fitted.
