I always have a great experience visiting this salon. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and sometimes there's a resident dog or two to pet while you wait!Jemma always does a great job with my hair (cut and colour), and we always have a bit of a chat and a catch up. Jemma is fab and always gives clients tonnes of time and attention.

After many years of long hair, I decided to give a new look a go and went for a shorter style. Even though It means I now spend a little bit more time getting ready in the morning, once styled it’s perfect all day, absolutely love it. Thank you Michael, x

Haven't been to the hairdressers in years. The staff here instantly put me at ease, with no doubt they where well skilled in their job. They're actually interested about the wellness of your hair over other things, not wanting to do anything to damage your hair. I left here very happy with the service and my hair was gorgeous! I will be returning.

I have been visiting the Purcell Rooms for over two years now and for good reason; consistently high-quality treatments at sensible prices, wonderful modern, comfortable and immaculately clean environment, plus the friendly, warm and professional staff. Love the fact I can get everything done in one place so no separate journeys to different locations for massage, waxing, sunbed etc. In particular, I visit to use the sunbed to help keep vitamin D levels up during autumn/winter - it is the ONLY one I could find within the area with special lamps that facilitate this rather than for purely cosmetic purposes. It always leaves me with a healthy glow and feeling great! Plenty of free parking too!

Although the Salon is nice and staff generally very polite, they have clearly been told by the owner to try and over sell their products. At times my partner has had to decline having her nails done 3 or 4 times when there to have her hair cut. Although the end product is ok, it gets extremely frustrating having to constantly decline the extra's through email, phone and in person.

I visited yesterday and was delighted with my experience. Despite them having had a really busy day, there was no rush and I felt like an important client. I had my hair lightened and this is the first time in my life I’ve left a salon not regretting lightening my hair. I felt like they really cared about the condition of my hair and tailored my colour specifically. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Plus, the salon dogs are a bonus.

Had a fabulous experience from start to finish. So pleased with my hair. All staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. They definitely listen to what you actually want! And go above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to the lady who helped us today out of the kindness of your heart. You didn't have to, but you saw us in distress and you offered us your help.Not salon related, but 2 hours from home, on our way to Longleat, our 2 year old had a toilet accident on the motorway and the local garage wouldnt allow us to use his facilities, this is where the kind hearted lady rescued us, took us back to the salon and allowed us to use their toilets which were beautifully kept, clean and tidy and very stylish!You helped us when we were in need and we cannot thank you enough.If we lived closer I would definitely pop in to use the salon, but to those who do live locally, you are in good, kind hands as these ladies have hearts of gold.Thank you again, Jay, Laura and Codie xx
