Richard is truly an amazing instructor. He was professional and calm, giving brilliant instructions and explaining everything clearly. I felt confident going into my test with his guidance. He believes in teaching Safe" driving and even my examiner commented on how safely I drove. I couldn't recommend him more! If you are looking for an instructor

I would highly recommend Richard to anyone who is wanting to drive! He is a fantastic instructor & has taught me so much. This time last year, I’d never even drove a car and 1 year on, I have passed first time! He is friendly, patient & very determined to get his students passed… 100% recommend!☺️

I fully recommend spire driving school. Richard makes learning an absolute breeze. Completely relaxed and patient with you, not to mention how experienced and easy to get on with Richard is. Absolutely the best instructor in chesterfield. I cannot thank him enough for helping me so much! I'm so thankful to Richard and all hes done for me.

Highly recommend Richard for a driving instructor. I have autism, learning disabilities and suffer with anxiety. Richard made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to get me through my theory and practical test. It only took me 9 months and passed first time. I can’t thank him enough for the help and support.

Wow wow wow what can I say after being a nervous wreck every lesson with a different instructor to meeting Richard excited for our lessons and our sing songs I couldn’t thank him enough! Would recommend him to anyone looking at getting their freedom and doing automatic only had 7 lessons with Richard and passed 1st time with 3 faults !! Can’t thank you enough !!

Natalie my wife had had a few driving instructors who quite frankly had not helped and if anything knocked her confidence. We decided to use Richard who has been brilliant from the start. Advised when to book test and it has all been a quick journey but has helped out lots. Confidence is back and has smashed her test 1st time with 2 minors. Thanks to Richard couldn’t recommend more, only wish we had started with him a long time ago.
