WLPK have been walking our adolescent Beagle for the past Approx. 4months. From the initial meet and the fabulous onboarding programme, they satisfied my worries. The care, passion and time they appear to put into the time they spend with Deuce is wonderful to see. We have seen a massive settlement in Deuce on walks and in general because unlike going to a daycare, he is getting the rest he needs.Deuce clearly loves his walkers, walks and time with his pals. We get wonderful updates & pictures when they have walked/visited him.They have plans in place for walk restricting weather and it is outwardly obviously they have the animals welfare at heart.So far, our time with WLPK has been massively positive and we are very happy with the service we and Deuce are receiving.Thank you guys! I was very anxious to return to my full time job because I didn't want to leave my fur baby at home all day whilst I was at work. Especially after being with him all the time during lockdown. I couldn't be more thankful for Emma and Lucy taking the worry off my shoulders. Not only does my dog love them, but I feel so reassured knowing that he is in the best hands possible. We Love Pets put animals at the heart of their company. When Lucy and Emma first met my dog, their love for animals stood out the most. They are so professional, friendly and experienced. Without doubt, I recommend we love pets to anyone.

SCAMThey took a 50% deposit to secure our booking after a successful meet and greet. They then cancelled our booking for September with only 8 weeks to find an alternative placement for the dogs and are now completely ignoring all emails, calls, texts regarding getting our money back.THIS IS A SCAM

Lucy and Cathie looked after my cat, Ozzy, for a fortnight whilst I was on holiday and did a brilliant job. Ozzy has detachment issues when we're away and always stays in the home with regular visits from family/friends but usually he eats too much or too little, sometimes pulls his fur out and sometimes has stress related eye problems. So, we never know what to expect on our return. We were so relieved to see that under Cathie and Lucy's care he had none of the above issues. I would certainly recommend We Love Pets Kidderminster and can't thank them enough for the care they took with Ozzy and the peace of mind they have given us for any future holidays

The walkers at We love Pets Kidderminster have been walking Cassie for some time now, whilst I volunteer at the local primary school. They are trustworthy, incredibly caring and enthusiastic, taking the dogs on exciting walks. Cassie’s particular favourite is Freya. The report sent after the walk and several photographs are really appreciated. I have needed emergency help over the last few weeks and Lucy was able to reorganise so that Cassie could have extra walks. I was so pleased to find such a professional company, dog and owner - centred and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

5 star service from the ladies at We Love Pets. Lucy & Cathie have been absolute gems from start to finish. They looked after our 4 cats whilst we were away for 3 days and with their service, updates and pictures, provided us with the perfect reassurance that we were looking for.

We booked our rescue dogs in for boarding in July, initially for 2 nights but due to changes to our trip they ended up having to stay 4 nights instead. Lucy was great and sorted out our changes request promptly and without any stress to us. The boys had never been away from us since we adopted them last year & we were very worried how they would react, but we need not to have worried, both dogs were so happy & relaxed. They stayed with Bea & Andrew, who kept us updated regularly, with messages and photos and went out of their way to ensure the boys were happy and content Bill & Ben were totally at ease with Bea & Andrew & I'm sure would have been perfectly happy to stay longer. Would definitely recommend We love pets and will definitely be using them again.

After using kennels the year before for our dog Teddy, not coming back in a lovely state (the bed was wet with urine) we vowed never to use the kennels again. We searched high and low for a pet sitter we found we love pets Kidderminster. Lucy's original thorough consultation put our mind at rest and Caitlin's love and care for our pets was second to non. Teddy loved Caitlin and so did the cats she looked after our fur family with such care it meant we could have a stress free holiday, Teddy became ill during the week we went and Caitlin even slept downstairs with Ted and went over and above while we were away. Had a fantastic experience with We Love Pets Kidderminster. Lucy was so professional and helped us out when we needed our dogs looking after, while attending a family wedding for the weekend. Holly and Poppy loved having Lucy come and stay which was such a relief as they hadn’t been away from us before. While house sitting Lucy also cared for my hens so they didn’t have to go else where also. Overall I would highly recommend Lucy and her team and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much

What a truly amazing service and so reliable! Lucy and Cathie were so professional and friendly, and showed so much love and attention towards our fur babies! My husband and I could go away knowing that our kitties were in super safe hands. We even had photos sent over to us regularly to show how they were doing and Cathie left a lovely note for us!
