Wouldve given a 3.5 if possible, as product was a 4* but customer service was a 3*. Bought a 3 sided 8x8x8' catio.Product was a 4* as very good value for money and very easy to construct compared to other catios. Only missing on 5* as edges on the plastic corner connectors were unfinished with strands of plastic hanging off which a cats may have eaten. In addition it was 1-2 off the specified size meaning the area i paved for it was too small.Customer service was 3* as i bought it in January and was given no information on estimated manufacturing/delivery time. Rang up and after a few attempts was told 6 weeks. 8 weeks later i had recieved nothing so messaged the customer help whatsapp and was told 2 weeks more. 4 weeks later i had still recieved nothing and was ignored when i messaged the whatsapp and email

Ordered cages and never turned up kept saying they on way to be delivered no such thing a scam

Be warned. Don't answer phone calls or emails and WhatsApp once you've placed a order. I ordered back in sept and still nothing. I had to chase them down literally to see what was going on to be told my order was cancelled (not by me) then told it wasn't but was misplaced on a back order and still hadn't been made. So I asked for a refund as they were at fault. I did receive my refund. But I wish I read the reviews first and checked their FB Pg as been in active for yrs. There is no customer service. I personally glad I got the refund back as this has to be one of the worse companies I've ever had dealings with. This was for aviary panels. Never again. So beware before you think about placing a order what service you will receive.

Do not respond to emails, Facebook messages or answer the phone.18 month old product which has broken joints due to poor quality materials or design. Not cheap, but no one wants to know.. Wouldn't recommend.

Had a small out door aviary made. Great quality and great price and exact size

100% would recommend!over the moon with my kennel block, and the doggies love it! Affordable and effective I just love the plastic with metal finish! So much cleaner.

WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!Ordered a cage, was told 3-4 weeks delivery, 2 months later it finally arrives. Inbetween that time the man never answers the phone or replies to messages, just completely ignores you! The cage arrived and wasn’t fit for purpose so i was told to get a tradesman in to put the faults right as it couldn’t be put together without drilling and adjustments being made. I was told i would be reimbursed for the money i had to pay the tradesman, but never was! I chased him for weeks via messages asking him time after time where my partial refund was for the money i had to pay out. He replied once saying “I’ll do it in the morning” but then he totally ignored all my other messages. A month later there was still no partial refund or replies so i had to open a dispute through my credit card company to get the money reimbursed.Really frustrating and stressful experience from beginning to end. Would never go near this company ever again and advise others to stay well clear as I’ve now read pervious reviews and can see others have said that he ignores people and never responds to messages or calls
