Late night call for a cab for 5 people, 3 drop offs. Came on time and all went very smoothly. Have used before and never had any problems

DO NOT USE. Totally agree with reviews posted and I should have looked at them before booking. This company are untrustworthy. I ordered a cab in advance to take my 93 year old mother to a medical appointment The cab did not arrive. . I was repeatedly lied to that it was on its wayThe cab never came. Having taking an online payment in advance. I was then informed that ‘due to banking’ it would take 3-4 days to refund. My mother missed her appointment.

They almost ruined my wedding.Reserved and pre-paid for two cars from Bromley and Chislehurst to Islington on the 21st September for travel on the 30th for my parents and family friend to attend my wedding.Called on the 27th to confirm those cars.On the 30th, after 15 minutes there was no car for my parents. Called the cab company and they said the driver had 'an emergency'. Same with the other car for the family friend. They said they would call back in 10 minutes and arrange another car. They didn't call back. I called again asking about another car. They repeated the same thing about scheduling a replacement and said they would call back. They didn't call back. Same thing again until the 4th time, when they finally said that they didn't have any drivers and would refund my money.This left me scrambling around for a taxi for my parents 2 hours before the wedding ceremony despite me booking and paying over a week in advance and double-checking the booking. My parents were able to make it because of a lucky Uber driver but were 15 minutes late for my wedding.Absolutely disgusting customer service and I would warn other customers to stay as far away from this company as possible.

****Do not use****. Took payment and kept saying another 10 minutes having originally said taxi would turn up in 10 minutes. Now left in freezing cold with young kids trying to organise getting to the station via a different company.

Do not use this company to go to the airport. I repeat, avoid this company. Left me utterly high and dry even though I called them countless times to confirm booking. They didn't turn up when I'd booked a 4:30am cab for me and my family to city airport and when I called them they gave me lies and utter cack about where the taxi was. After chasing them even more they told me to get an Uber. Nearly lost a £4k holiday due to their awful professionalism, lack of organisation and zero customer service. I'm not exaggerating when I call the sorry bunch a disgrace to humanity. Thank goodness Crown cars (now z cars) came to my rescue and got a cabbie out of bed to help us. I'll be eternally grateful. Thankyou crown cars - thank god you were there for us.

Avoid! Don't pay in advance! Unless you like trouble.Unreliable, unprofessional. I wish you bankruptcy as soon as possible, but one by one: taxi ordered the day before for a specific morning time (transfer to the airport), payment agreed - in cash, a few hours later, another person from the office calls, insisting on paying by card, which I did not agree to, and they changed the driver's arrival time by half an hour earlier from 5 to 4.30am but in the morning the driver did not arrive at the appointed time of 4.30am, after many lies on the phone, a man who barely spoke English admitted that they did not have a driver available and he would arrive at 5.20am at the earliest, I finally used Uber and their driver called me at 5.15 telling me a completely different narrative and only confirming that I had made the right decision not to pay in advance as they insisted, because as it turned out, it is a common practice of this agency to simply not pick up customers, and/ or charging your card more than once...

I have been using them for over 5 years now and I must say I never have been let down.Drivers are always on time, helpful and polite.I would recommend them to everyone.Highly recommended. in times of difficulty they have been there for their customers .

Booked a cab to pick us up from the airport before we took off on the return flight as trains were on strike. Upon arriving they did not message to say they were on their way, then when I called, the company said they couldn't get through to their drivers so the trip was cancelled and I'd receive a refund in 2 days. Thanks for the terrible service. One to remember never to use again.

Have used this business a few times but won’t use again. On two occasions, I have had the driver fail to turn up when I’d booked a morning airport drop off when I needed to catch a flight for work. Incredibly frustrating - zero attempts to let me know which has resulted in me missing one of those two flights. Will never use again and wouldn’t recommend if you actually need to be somewhere on time

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Left us waiting for over an hour after having endless mistakes in our booking from beginning to end! They lied over and over and over again and we were left in the airport without a cab to go home! Worst company, worst customer service, worst everything! AVOID!!AVOID!!! NO REFUND RECEIVED YET!Would give ZERO STARS but there’s no options
