I did not go to purchase a bike. On Friday 04.08.23 I had sustained a puncture and asked for assistance my tyre was shreddedTony Summerfield helped me by finding a call out service to replace my tyre. I was offered a drink and use of their facilities. All the other staff were friendly and chatty as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement.

Ordered a topbox liner on Seastar's website and noted this is a factory order item so could be 14-21 delivery. Seastar emailed me the next day to make sure I was aware of the possible delay. Within a couple of days they were back in touch to say it had arrived and was being posted onto me. Arrived the next day. Great communication from Seastar - will be using them again !

Shocking customer service, never return calls, I shopped elsewhere and found what I needed with great customer care, I won't bother them again and definitely wouldn't recommend you wasting your time with them.

Went for a test ride on a bike I'm interested in. Nice and straightforward to arrange a ride on a demonstrator and friendly service from Joe when I got there. Helpful advice and not too much pressure to make a sale. Will certainly consider using them again when I do make a purchase.
