I have been going to Sarah for massage regularly for a while . Sarahs massages are wonderful. She has a great knowledge of the body and mixed with a healing touch always gets good results . I have had neck and shoulder issues .After a massage with Sarah my upper body feels truly free and much more mobile. I thoroughly recommend her , and as a massage therapist myself I know a really good therapist . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sarah to anyone who needs to bring back flow to their body.

I contacted Sarah a while ago due to tension in my neck and shoulders caused by stress. I had never had a massage previously but Sarah made me feel really at ease with her kindness and professionalism. I now see Sarah about once a fortnight and I always feel 100% better afterwards. I would recommend that anyone who is carrying extra tension, or just fancies treating themselves to give Sarah a ring, you won't regret it!

Not as strong as a sports massage but not as gentle as a “general” one either! But that’s how I personally like it! A mix of gentle massage with hot stones and finding the pressure points, which singles out the tight muscles and she woks on them! I’ve only had a few treatments but the results are good. The nightly cramps are reducing and Sarah’s knowledge of the muscle and tendon structure and how they interconnect are very helpful in understanding one’s own issues and working towards improvement.I’m very pleased I followed my instincts and signed up with her.

Had a lovely relaxing hot stone massage today. I first visited Sarah due to a problem with my elbow and highly recommend her. Sarah has a very kind and caring nature and has created a warm and relaxing atmosphere in her treatment room.

Sarah is my number one stop for massages now, she really is fantastic. She finds all the little niggles you didn't even know about and releases those sore spots for pure relief. Her knowledge is impressive and she makes you feel so at ease. If you need a massage, don't hesitate to give Sarah a ring.

I’ve known Sarah for a number of years initially as a work colleague and have always been impressed with her professionalism and genuine concern for other people.I do suffer from some shoulder ache/pain, mainly posture related and I thought a massage may ease out some of the knots.I have to say that Sarah didn’t only ease out the knots, she managed to drastically reduce any more knots or pain developing. I’m generally a slightly cynical person so feel that I have to give credit where credit is due.Sarah spent a lot of time working with me to identify my pain points and to work on them to give almost instant relief. She explained what she was doing and why, and also explained why I was feeling pain and what had caused it. She gave me lots of advice and some exercises to do when at home to help stop my tension/pain building up again.I found that I was more aware of my posture and could ‘hear’ Sarah reminding me not to hunch or tense up and it helped to make me physically relax.I have to say I really enjoyed the sessions and will be keeping up a regular ‘maintenance’ session to keep me on track.One example that my shoulder pain/stiffness had reduced was when driving to work I come up to a junction where I have to look right for traffic, because of the bend in the road I can’t just turn my head, I have to turn my upper body to be able to view the road clearly and it’s quite painful. I couldn’t believe the morning when I noticed I could turn my head easily without stiffness or pain without having to turn my upper body and could clearly see the road. I now call this junction ‘Sarah Mear Junction’ and it reminds me to continue to try and follow Sarah’s advice and therapy because it definitely works.

Sarah is brilliant! Very talented and you can really tell Sarah knows her stuff! I've had a lot of trouble with my shoulder (which was causing tightness in my neck and bicep) from being a thrower now swimmer; Sarah really listened to my needs which had me feeling like I had a new shoulder when I left. I was even given advice post massage which continued to help with my progress! The combination of massage, manipulation and hot stones is incredible. I highly recommend.

I came to Sarah because I was suffering with bad anxiety and looking for ways to relax and look after myself. Sarah has helped me so incredibly much, she has been so kind and her massages are amazing! A good mix of relaxing and working on the tension in my body. I now see her every few weeks as it really helps me feel calm. I could not recommend her more, she really knows her stuff!

Sarah offers a fantastic service. She is the first masseuse I’ve had who has looked further than the initial area of discomfort to find the root of the problem. On top of that she is a genuinely lovely person.
