Absolute scandalous rip off. They have gone bust and ran off with everyone’s hard earned money it seems. Not even 1 star.

Really bad service. We had already paid 150 pounds with the company and had a funeral on the day and wanted to change. They said it would cost an extra 60 pounds.We had booked a damage waiver insurance with them and they refused to refund this despite us not using it.Fair enough T&Cs apply but then this is to a whole new level. Ridiculous, entrapment in a cycle of payment after payment with little reimbursement only in the end to have a driving experience with an Audi. It'd be cheaper and less terms and conditions to rent one for the day!

Director gone to work for another company mmmm and left what seems loads of people out of pocket. Purchased 4 top end packages for christmas gifts for managers. Absolute disgrace !!
