IMO Car Wash

I have used this car wash many times before, so I wouldn't be coming back if I didn't like it. However today's experience was not so good, pre-wash was too hurried and missed a lot. Rear window was still dirty when I drove out. Wheels were not properly hipressure washed, and there was still foam on several areas of the bodywork. All in all not a job done to the usual standard. Paid for the expensive one, and my kids could have done better. I had to hand wash it after.Hardly any shampoo foam came out as broken. And the dryer at the end didn't work.Last time, I had a different bloke, and my car was spotless.Maybe it depends who is working.

Do not get a cheap wash as your car will look like its been in muddy rain.When using hover and it has not so great suction, let a member of staff know and you can get money back to use hover that works.All in all great place to tidy your automobile.

To start, the attendee was obviously stressed out. He was swearing, telling people to f***ing hurry up. Anyway, a van in front of me got stuck. The machine kept pushing me towards the Van to the point we was about to collide. I had to press the brake pedal as hard as I could whilst blasting the horn. The Van drove off out the end (hitting the drying unit) then the attendee came in to see what was happening. I explained... he then told me The machine won't allow cars to collide

I took the car because there was egg stain on itThe guy there saw that and said nothingAfter the wash it was as dirtyI asked him and he said egg stain should be hand washed and it's not my job to tell you before the washHe was very rude and was waving for me to go in a rude way.Very bad experience

Their opening hours are incorrect. I cut short a walk on the Quantock Hills because I remembered that my purchased car wash was about to expire and because I checked their Google opening hours, which showed them to be open until 7pm. I dashed back from the Quantocks to find that at 6.45pm they were closed. What a rubbish service.

Not been to an IMO before but came away very satisfied with the result. I get a free imo carwash every month as a reward for buying my car insurance through a comparison website. It looks like the site is pay by phone only. I think it would be helpful if the prices and payment options were displayed at the main entrance as I had to drive right up to the machine to see the information board and there was a car behind me so it would have been awkward if I'd changed my mind and had to reverse out. There were a couple of attendants doing the wheel wash and they were friendly but their English was limited. The free wash was the £7.50 triple foam one and overall I was very happy with the experience.

Paid £11 for the best wash they do, it has now left me with £300+ of paint damage (see photos). Car came out dirty on the lower front and the rear. Just don't bother if you care for your car, get it hand washed.

Used this car wash on Friday 26th February. Had the top of the range £13 treatment. At the end of wash my wheels were still dirty, tyres not blacked and car wet from end to end. Car wash had broken when I was queiueing so I was delayed longer than expected, didn't have time or inclination to go back and complain. O/S/R black alloy wheel had fresh 4 damage to rim which I am fairly certain (damage was smooth as compared with "rough" damage when you hit a kerb) happened there
