Absolutely useless doctors and the receptionists have absolutely disgusting attitudes. Only good people there are in the warfarin clinic the 2 ladies in there we saw are brilliant. Over 10 years they missed all the red flags for heart disease with my wife.

To get a face to face appointment can take several tries, and its a real lottery as to kind of care you get by who you see. If they don't have a good idea about the condition you have they can get quite defensive and if you need to correct them about the condition or mediations or scan results they can view that as patient being defensive or argumentative. All that can make seeking care for yourself or those you care for really exhausting and can make you dread needing to access healthcare.

Generally the Dr's and midwives are great, themill street pharmacy however is poor. Every time I need to collect my prescription there is some sort of issue. I am sick of waiting for ages while issues are resolved when it should be a simple collection.Organisation within the pharmacy is a shambles. There is no structure and communication is terrible. It's incredibly frustrating..

Been with gorseinon and gowerton surgery all my life. Was palmed off about my mental since I was a teenager they only helped me after a suicide attempt. Turned out I’m autistic after I referred myself for assesment. Only exception is Dr Jackson who was fab. Other than that never recieved any empathy from anyone. More than once I actually felt shamed for my mental health

This surgery is incredibly incompetent and they are clueless. They have made so many mistakes with my prescriptions, lack of communication, left me waiting for calls and today went in to find out the wrist carpal injection I had they had cancelled it to rebook it sooner as they thought it was elbow but not checking with doctor as she does not do them so now I have to wait much longer and I cannot use my hand, constant pain and tingling all because of the incompetence and lack of communication between them. Absolute horrible surgery. Its pathetic. Now to wait for longer in pain

They used to be pretty decent and the doctors and reception staff are helpful when you get to speak to them, however, for some reason since lockdown they now no longer book appointments in advance and you have to ring up at 8am on the day to make an appointment that day - most of these appointments are via the phone and they don't give you a time so the doctor will be calling back at random and I've had experiences where they never call back or even they try calling once - you may have been on the loo - and they never try again.I am currently not working due to a health issue (brain injury) but I cannot imagine how people with kids or jobs manage to ever speak to a doctor! It seems impractical and if I am struggling to juggle other appointments and specialists and trying to progress since my injury AND random on the day calbacks, then I feel so incredibly sorry for people with much busier lives who physically cannot ring at 8am or jobs they can't randomly excuse themselves from for the appointment! When I was working I would not have been allowed to operate the way that this practice thinks people can.

Very lucky i havent hung myself from the building... For years I've struggled trauma causing severe depression and anxiety and I've repeatedly been palmed off. This practice boasts complete incompetency and lack of care and has potential to cause fatality. There is obviously a bad problem when a medical practice worsens a disability and I really hope serious reform is implamented to prevent further harm to its patients. 1 star is generous.

Excellent service from the doctors and staff they go way above any other surgery I have been with. Nothing is too much trouble. The new online service brilliant! Also, now with Gowerton Pharmacy opposite it is a 'win win' situation when ordering my parents' prescriptions - so straight forward. A huge thank you to all at the Surgery especially during the last 18 months you have been phenomenal!
