Bogus charity set up to take advantage of the most vulnerable. The staff are rude, entitled and have no idea about how to help the homeless they would rather sit and eat lunch from the funds when the funds are meant for the service users. I have witnessed staff including volunteers that go out of their way to make a service user feel some type of way David being one and the list goes on.(Bullying) The so called managers are the worst this needs investigating as no more vulnerable people should suffer at the hands of a so called charity that is designed to help the vulnerable. Would not recommend

This is the most amazing organisation I have come across. Every single staff are passionate, compassionate, empethetic and most of all get things done for service users. As an ex service user I can not thank Crisis for helping me through ups and downs and made me strong and standing on my 2 feet. Thank you Crisis you guys are Angels on Earth.

Crisis take advantage and discriminate vulnerable people within the organisation. The staff at crisis have zero skills in handling vulnerable members and will do anything to bully and intimidate. I do wonder where all the funding goes if it is not for the users of crisis. I am appalled how these staff even pass the employment stage. This charity needs to be throughly investigated so that the members are allowed to access courses and learning
