There’s been a change here in the past 2-3 years and not a good one. Guy is argumentative and doesn’t listen when you have a concern. Are they being stingy with chicken in the burgers? Yes they are. They normally look like they’ve been cut in half with the buns suffocating them. Food is always burnt. Pizza doesn’t taste right. Chefs need re training. Owners need to admit mistakes.

My order was the family meal and my family has ate from this place for so long and the meals never dissapoint. but today it was terrible the chicken we ordered was tasteless it seemed like it was a plain boiled chicken that was slightly grilled and topped with sauces the chicken was also dry. I ordered the chicken to be spicy but yet again it was tasteless the only good part about are order was the chips and sauces my family used to come get are food here all the time and at this disappointment of food I don't think we will ever eat here againi severely hope that they change there food back really original ones

Asked for a grilled burger but it’s actually fried! I asked the guy 3 times weather it’s grilled or fried he said it’s grilled! So all they do is pre-fry the chicken burgers then re-heat on the grill for a few seconds and hey presto you have a “grilled” burger! Then when you question the guy over the phone he starts raising his voice then asked him what he can do to resolve he said I can’t do nothing! Really bad service by lying to customs! I would give zero rating if I could!

I remember the first time I had shaq spicy wings. They were the best I had ever eaten. This was years ago, and even though they started lacking as time went on, I still enjoy eating the wings even if they aren't as good as they once were. Yesterday was the first time I'd ever eaten a burger from The Chicken Shaq. Normally, we'd just get the wings and the donner sizzler. I tried the Shaq Bomb burger, and it was really good, I'm not too fond of nachos in burgers, but I didn't even notice these ones, and the cheesy Jalapeño bombers really did make the burger. Would definitely recommend the food here.

Food is okay but the service is absolutely terrible. I made a phone order and asked about whether they take contactless payment. I arrive around 20 mins later and the person behind the counter denies any phone call took place. After showing them my phone call history, everyone realised that the person was lying. Very bad to see that your own Muslim brother can look at you straight in the face and lie about something so small rather than being a man and admitting the mistake.

Run of the mill burger place.Rebanding attempt as Flippin Burger (but still by chicken shaq).Chicken burgers were OK and probably right ratio for price/taste.Smash burger, again probably rightly priced for same taste/cost ratio.However... last visit couple weeks ago and EVERYONE who had a smash burger had thrown up by the morning.One off? Who knows, but locals aren't overly keen on the place these days.
