Used The Storage Team in scunthorpe for uni stuff over the summer and they were great. Very friendly staff, easy to access and always someone to help if you needed it. Great value for money and will be using them again.

In most respects, a good experience.The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are always helpful.However, I don't agree with having to pay for a two week notice period, even though I've moved out... 'Terms and Conditions' are one thing, but the unit could be used straight away by another customer, meaning the company is in effect, getting paid twice.... Not really happy with that!Marks - 7 out of 10

Perfect customer service from Jess . Such a friendly girl and nothing was too much trouble .My daughter signed up for storage for 6 months , we had seen a few storage facilities but this one was by far the best for price , location and cleanliness of the units .I would certainly recommend using The Storage Team .

Jess went above and beyond for me. Super approachable, friendly and kind! Went out of her way to drive to my house the day after I'd signed up to help me get my belongings down to the storage facility before her shift. A real gem! Affordable prices and super simple to set up, thank you!!
