The best service and so much better than any larger retailers. Gary and Marc (Owners) go out of their way to help you, whether you need a set of number plates, a bicycle repair, set of brake pads etc. their advice and experience is second to none and they always go the extra mile. I would have no hesitation in recommending Auto Store in Winchmore Hill and Gary and Marc, in today's world larger retailers forget the need of great customer service with a smile which doesn't cost anything. What great guys! Highly recommend them. Fixed my bike, which needed several new links in the chain, while I waited! And put in a new inner tube in the baby's buggy's wheel as it couldn't be repaired. And .. wait for it .... put a new inner tube in our wheel barrow wheel!

What amazing service! Brought our 2 bikes in the day before we were due to to the 100 mile London to Essex cycle ride (bit late I know!) and they gave them a thorough overhaul. Gary and Mark couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop and service. Excellent. Thank you!

I haven’t ridden my bike for over two years so it was at the bottom of the shed and the wheel nut was missing I took the wheel into the shop and they gave me a part saying this will fit perfectly and it did! Very helpful over the phone! All good!
