Pity about the weather 31 March 2022..... and it started to snow........ still decided to make our first visit although didn't buy anything to plant out due to the weather and the too cold for plants in my garden.... still managed to have a lovely walk around, have an amazing breakfast by the wonderful staff in The Summer House cafe.... and bought some fruit and veg from the Farm shop.... in warmer weather it'll be a beautiful place to come back for sure.

Fantastic place to visit, huge selection of plants, stones, pots , stone ornaments ecc... they selling fresh vegetable and free range eggs. Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, always welcoming customer with a big smile. There is a lovely cafe with inside and outside sitting with a stunning countryside view. In the summer from July they have a Dahlia field where people can cut they're own bunch of flower. From end of November they selling fantastic Christmas tree , with trained staff to cut the base of in for fit in any kind of stand. Really recommended place to visit if you want escape from the London caos and have few hours of calm and relaxing time . Nearly forgotten, dogs are welcome!

A hidden gem after a long walk.We went for a wander along a woodland path, and found this nursery. The setting was almost idyllic. It was a crisp day, very sunny, so perfect for sitting outside with a Scone and some tea. They have a flowers here, that you cut yourself, and some other lovely produce from the farm .It was a muddy walk, but worth the trip.

Big nursery with a variety of plants. Reasonably priced as well. Friendly and smiling staff. You can also buy fresh produce in the shop! The only downside I would say is that it’s not very easy to drive there, given that the roads are a bit narrow.

Pretty amazing huge garden centre.Cafe seemed pricy but fayre was top notch posh tukka. Eggs were deep orange and tasty with pea shoot adornment. Small kitchen and few staff may mean a wait when busy but I found the servers charming and attentive. There is so much to see that a visit could be like a free day out! ...amazing fish, displays of animal ornaments, sculptures dotted about as well as the extensive collections of outdoor and indoor plants. -Some I'd never seen before. Oh, and they offer some knackered plants for free by the exit, for those happy to attempt resuscitation.Pick your own flowers, too including Statis @ 30p/stem, which you don't see every day.Plant prices were variable; I was surprised to see a large, leafy Musa basjoo for £15 (good value imo) whereas a callicarpa was £35 (seems steep) albeit a very healthy specimen in a largeish pot.I've only visited twice but had a good experience each time.Ample parking. Will certainly be visiting again and will be my first stop should I make space for a phlomis or an amazing pot or urn.Or some giant cyclamen.. or..

Great garden centre for all your needs frm seeds to plants, soil to pots , pondlife to gravel , slabs to roses. Etc you get the gist. Good selection. Great little cafe. In the summer they have part of the mill hill music festival. A bit pricey but you got to look around.

Visited for lunch.. ..outside tables all full (though people coming and going all the time). Space in small dining shed but would improve with better air circulation. Food choice excellent. Didn't spend much time looking at plants, but seemed an excellent selection and all looked well cared for.

I can't sing the praises of this nursery enough, incredible selection (basically everything you could think of), delicious cafe and AMAZING staff. I've been here many times but was compelled to write this review today after what would have been an admin error on an item i purchased ended with an entirely reasonable compromise, same day delivery/installation and a bunch of flowers for the inconvenience!

Amazing garden centre. Staff was very helpful and chatty. :) They even land us their trolley since we live just half a mile away. Selection is incredible. Flowers, trees, shrubs, fruit and veg, pond stuff, slabs, stones and pebbles, pots... You name it.
