Shows complete disregard to their local community with building work being scheduled overnight every day of the week which resulted in their intruder alarm going off 2 full nights and loud building noise disturbing the neighbourhood. When I spoke to the manager earlier this week I was assured this will not happen any more. But clearly they didn’t care. Given they don’t care about their community, I suggest the community shouldn’t care about them. Avoid where possible!

Mortified to say the least as I just witnessed the most embarrassing moment. The store manager was so rude, patronising and aggressive towards a poor young sales assistant (Ellie) on the shop floor, nearly leaving her in tears.I am a retail manager myself and not ever have I ever spoken to my team in that manor privately yet alone on a busy afternoon in front of a shopfloor full of customers.I find it disgusting that people still abuse their authority by belittling their staff.No point saying “ we will be having a conversation” and “a conversation is to be had this week” ….in a threatening manor just have the conversation in private.She even asked “why are you being rude to me” to that he replied “I’m stating facts”. Oh dear. Yes she may have been off but did I as I customer need to hear that? The answer is No!Just some constructive feedback from a manger to a manger please be Kind and Respectful.

Nice cheap clothes. Very confusing on new layout of shop as men and women's are all mixed up instead of separate sections for man and woman

For some reason they wasn't able to sort out a refund rude manager snatched receipt from me, however Lewisham Primark was able to give me a refund within 5 minutes!Makes no sense to meThey scanned the barcode but the manger/ store manager wanted to make life hard for me!

A great shop to get clothes and very affordable.

Primary was very busy. Shelves were well stocked. The queue was really long, but it moved quite quickly. Staff was polite.

Great prices, decent variety of clothing with a mid level quality.
