Disappointed with the produce. Meat isn't what I'd expect from a butchers - bacon and gammon joint were both full of preservative when I cooked them, just the same as supermarket quality. Lamb chops are tiny, and sausages aren't very good either. Was hoping for UK produce too, didn't realise it wasn't. Sadly will be looking for an actual butchers elsewhere.

Have just tried a delivery from shukers for the first time. Amazing quality for a great price , £4 for a 20oz steak and £3 for a gigantic ham hock is a terrific bargain. Will be ordering my Xmas meatl from here to.

Received delivery today I was taken back as to the size of the box. Very small and all crammed in. Once I removed the meats I compared the prices to Asda and there is very little in the price difference , I hope it tastes better, only time will tell. For me doesn't look worth the money but we will see.

Just tried to confirm an order with this company and really not spoken to as a customer,couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough without actually listening to what i was saying,if this wasnt ordered for a friend i would be cancelling, almost politely patronising,very disappointing,if this was a customer of mine i would try to listen or advise regardless and not pass the buck or “not our department “ the issue, i guess if your busy it doesnt matter as the orders will come anyway,dont need the return custom,thats the power of the internet i suppose

Just came across this butchers by chance today and purchase a few things. the quality of the produce within the shop is highly recommended, purchased a couple of fillet steaks, which I have say were absolutely wonderful!why would you not shop here as oppose to a supermarket!the shop inside is well set out with prepackaged items or you can simply ask the butcher to cut an item from the counter….Staff encountered are friendly and helpful….I’ll certainly be back very soon!.
