The installation was complex but he did a great job with patience and a collaborative attitude in finding the right space for drilling holes in the property. I was also impressed by his care in ensuring the optical splicing was done perfectly and all systems were working.

We had Paul Lacob come to our home for installation. He was polite, friendly, excellent with his communication and our install was not straight forward. It did require him to take the line from outside of the property and into our TV room. He did so with a smile, with speed and was able to do so neatly. We are still configuring our speeds but from an installation standpoint, very happy with Paul and his attitude. Thank you once again!
