First class experience. After being given ridiculous quotes by another company I decided to pay Envirostoves a visit. The information and guidance I received from both Gary and Gabriel was excellent. No upselling or pushy sales patter - they listened to our needs, gave us options, and made recommendations.Based on their advice we chose a stove and booked the installation. The installers were fantastic - clean, considerate, tidy. They did an excellent job and provided some excellent advice on the first burn, vent operation and fuel economy. 3 months after installation we used the stove for the first time last night. Amazing!

Ordered and bought a Dene Forge Baker 8 from this firm. Best prices, nicest people to do business with. Great communication. Very pleased.Just need the thing fitting now, not their issue & Fitters are very busy just now.

Envirostoves were recommended to us by our chimney sweep. Amazing service. We already knew what stove we wanted and Envirostoves were able to supply it for around £500 less than any other supplier. The installation was handled by Ben who was very professional and more importantly, left the house cleaner than when he arrived. All in all a great experience, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Called into Envirostoves to have a look at their offers and was delighted I did. Spoke to the great staff in there and went through a range of options and got some fantastic advice. No pressure from the staff for me to buy, but they were happy to give me all the info I needed.3 weeks later and the installation team came and installed the new stove (very clean and tidy install), which now heats up my living room so much better than my previous stove.Delighted with the product and service from the whole team. If you are looking for a new stove, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, communication and value.

1 start is to much. Ran and managed by angry halfwits. Certainly would not recommend, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a guy called Ed who said that he was going to email me a quote over. Unfortunately he failed to do this and when I called back 3 days later I was confronted with a barrage of questions by someone who wanted to remain anonymous by refusing to give me his/her name. With this family ran business having a very short shelf life in our net zero world, I would have thought they would be jumping through hoops to sell old obsolete stock, but thats a halfwit for you. Or maybe there just angry because they know stoves are coming to an end.

A really great experience from start to finish for the selection and installation of our Heta multi-fuel stove. Whilst other companies were slightly cheaper, the warrantly on the flue was only for 1 year, wheras the flue installed by Envirostoves came with a 30 year warranty and when comparing like for like for the entire installation we could not find a better priced supplier/installer. Now we are 8 months on, mid-winter and we are loving having the lovely fire to look forward to every night.

Envirostoves was recommended to be by a friend and I gave them a call to enquire about a log burning stove. Spoke to a man on the phone who was hugely knowledgeable and really helpful. He gave some great advice and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. He advised that if I could, to pop down and have a look. I travelled from Bristol the following day where I spoke to Gabriel, who again was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I bought an Aspect 4 there and then based on their advice on a few Stoves to suit my needs. They were by far the most competitively priced and would absolutely would recommend them. Thank you!

Bought stove from here after being asked a lot of questions by sales staff they agreed i had made right choice on stove - They had best price on web - Stove was delivered on day they said couple of days after ordering - so excellent service and knowledgeable sales assistant - cant fault them
