Mark has serviced and fixed my wheelchair on multiple occasions. He always replies quickly, does an incredibly thorough job. He charges far less than other companies while providing a completely superior service. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to service/mend my chair. Highly recommend.

I was having trouble with my mobility scooter and so I popped into active days, where I was served by Brandon. He is very knowledgeable and soon had my scooter going like new again. I would like to thank him for his professional work and attitude. I was pleased with the work and the price.

As a holiday visiting for most of the summer, I am happy to find a friendly engineer for my mobility scooter, suffering a puncture was dealt with promptly and friendly within minutes of walking through the door, great to know that you are there to visit should the need arise

Having to use a mobility scooter and having nowhere outside to store it I contacted Mark to purchase the Kymco folding scooter . Nothing was too much trouble ,from delivering it to me to setting it up and demonstrating how to use it . I then needed a basket to go on the front and a bag to go on the back for my shopping !!Mark returned the next day and provided and fitted them for me . I think he went above and beyond his service and I would thoroughly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for mobility goods .Thank you Mark !!

Brilliant customer service! Mark was really patient with me asking loads of questions and l made a purchase over the phone without even seeing the Walker. Excellent price and Walker almost new. Perfect example of local is best. Highly recommend

I have used Active days several times, I got a puncture recently I rang on a Monday afternoon it was picked up on Wednesday morning and I got it back Wednesday afternoon I had a service done while they had it. Very good service all round my mobility scooter is running very well, as good as new.thanks.

I rang Mark yesterday afternoon and he was here 8.00 a.m. the following morning to repair my wheelchair. Unfortunately, there were parts needed that he didn’t have with him so arranged to return around 4.00 pm the same day. At 4.00 pm he was here with the parts he needed - I couldn’t believe it. Within 30 minutes my wheelchair was in full working order. I have never had such good service nor such a reasonable price, in the past I have been charged twice what Mark charged me. I know where I will be going in future and will recommend all my acquaintances to go down the same route. Thank you once again Mark

I have been using Active Days Mobility service from day one of his service.Mark is helpful, he is courteous, he is kind and most importantly a super mechanic he will try to repair any mobility aid at a very reasonable price, he will never take money for work he has not done, I trust Mark with my scooters and I have always received excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. I purchased a scooter near to my home from a suposed good company. Mark has had this scooter in for repair many times as the company said it only had a 1 year warranty and they wanted to charge a fortune.Mark doesn't do this he is fair in all transactions.
