I wanted to say a massive thank you to Paul Thompson at Arbury Nissan, Leamington Spa branch for his outstanding customer service. He has gone above and beyond to keep me fully updated with each step in ordering a motability Nissan Qashqui. Due my complex disabilities and poor cognitive processing I needed extra help in understanding and retaining information. To make the ordering of a car easy, we’ve done everything over the phone. He’s been patient and efficient. Paul is a credit to the Arbury Nissan brand and I encourage other people with disabilities to buy/lease from here. I can’t thank Paul enough and look forward to receiving our new car shortly.

I dealt with Mea Brandt and it is excellent to deal with such a Helpful Customer focused person with an excellent professional attitude who goes the extra distance to make the Customer feel relaxed valued. I have recently had to visit the Leamington Nissan branch with my car and the service I received was brilliant.Great customer service is limited these days but the service team there, Nikki in particular, went above and beyond.I cannot say how grateful I was for the communication and help I received whilst my car was with them.Thank you to Nikki and the team.I will definitely be recommending them going forward.

My car was booked into this garage today (Tuesday). I had the email confirmation from them with the booking reference and all the details on arrival times etc. I got there with my car at 09:00 only to be told it is not on their system until Thursday. I showed them the confirmation email only to be told sorry I can only go off what's on our system

Recently I have been interested in test driving the new Nissan x trail. However on two occasions now I have shown up to my booked appointments, to find that the car is no longer available for a test drive. For me personally it's not a good customer experience and its has wasted my time. I would have appreciated a call to be informed that this was going to be happening as someone should have some inclination of customers booking in for test drives. Overall I find the staff really pleasant and helpful but for this to happen on two separate occasions is really disappointing and I think maybe the customer experience needs to be looked into as something isn't working in terms of communication.

‘Steve’ came to collect my mother’s car for Mot/service.Car hadn’t been started for 3 months. Battery completely flat.After a very stressful 45 minutes knocking on every neighbours door in search of jump leads, We finally got some and managed to get the engine started.Not one complaint from Steve - just complete professionalism, helpfulness and support (I personally would’ve of been turning the air blue) - he probably ended up getting home late because of this incident and I cannot thank him enough for his time and patience... 5 massive stars Steve thanks a million
