Don’t Use this company if you are coming from overseas. First I bought a SIM card for £25 which didn’t fit my iPhone- sorry no returns, then I went back the next day to get an e-sim contract which needed a passport so went back at the end of the day with that- turned off airplane mode only to find my US carrier would charge me $10 per day to use O2’s e-sim. Contacted the support team that wrote me an essay on why they needed to turn airplane mode off as if anyone didn’t know that - when I asked for useful information like is there a way to stop AT&T from charging me …. No replyDon’t waste your time or money at 02!

Very bad customer treatment by one of your young male O2 representatives witin the shop. He was rude and totally disinterested regarding my query. This individual is in serious need of retraining and on how to politely talk, deal with customers!

Staff are friendly and clearly work together well, teamwork makes the dream work. On a Saturday afternoon they had no wait and sorted me with a SIM in no time. Kindly answered all questions and then some!

One of the worst store in the Camden in terms of customer service I lost my sim, been there for replacement Chinese guy lock my account and not happy to help me.They even don’t no what is customer service. Just doing the job and getting paid for it.I wish I give them 0 starI resolved the problem by help center. Why they open this store if they are useless to help customers.

Avoid at all costs! The staff paid more attention to their own phone than my issues. No collaboration between O2 telephone customer services & customer service in the store... it was so bad I'm amazed it hasn't gone into receivership!
