Charisma Blinds

Frank initially fitted perfect blinds to my patio doors and kitchen window and I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and you can tell they are extremely well made. One of my bedroom blinds that was not supplied by Charisma blinds & shutters was faulty and Frank attempted to fix this free of charge while at my property but was unable to repair it as one of the cogs had worn out. Frank talked me through the options available and I arranged for him to replace all the blinds in my house as I was so impressed with the quality of the vertical black out blinds he could supply and fit. Frank is a pleasure to deal with and always arrives at the agreed time and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family and I am 100% certain if there was ever a issue with any of my new blinds Frank would return to resolve the issue.

Ordered blinds and told 6 weeks delivery & install. Chased after 5 weeks and given a delivery install date within the week. booked between 8 & 9am and he arrived 8.40 am so cannot complain at all.Blind so far looks and operates lovely and finishes kitchen perfectly.My only gripe is this is the final part of a full expensive kitchen install and the fitter is stood on my kitchen worktops with outdoor shoes on! Not only unhygienic but potential to scratch or damage the worktop. His response I've been doing this for 26 years.I would think twice about using in future.

Just want to say thanks to Frank. Came round to provide an estimate and provided his knowledge and guidance for what blinds he would recommend for my property.Cannot fault the service. Great quality products and the fitting was great.I am very impressed with my shutter blinds. Although I did have to wait slightly longer due to covid matters delaying things it was definitely worth the wait and was always kept fully informed of the stages of my order.Would highly recommend to friends and family. Just had shutters fitted in two rooms. Absolutely delighted with them. The service from Charisma was very good. The wait time for fitting was exactly as promised. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and all packaging removed. Would definitely recommend Charisma Blinds to anyone.

Very happy with my new blind! I had too much light getting in and Frank talked me through the options. The blind came on schedule and is very good quality. Frank kept us informed regard the fitting and was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout. I would recommend Charisma Blinds.

Frank was very polite and was able to fit our blinds with hardly any issue and any we had were easily resolved by Frank himself as soon as he was able. All round a friendly and professional service, would strongly recommend.

We recently used Charisma for the first time to fit blinds for four rooms in our house and we are absolutely delighted with the result.
