Refreshing experience with Salisbury Mini, can't recommend Tom King enough. Very old school approach - by which I mean no pressure, straight talking and no fluff. Did everything they could to support my distance purchase, and even picked me up from the train station.Special credit to the Valet team - she looked stunning when I went to test drive, but on pick up day she was gleaming!Great selection of used cars available (not just Mini) - throughly recommended.

I found a car I was interested in on Autotrader and got in touch with Marshall Mini. After speaking with Tom King I arranged a test drive and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I’ve had great customer service and overall I’ve had a really pleasant experience. Thank you to all at the Salisbury branch!

Poor.Vehicle was purchased from Marshall and taken to Marshall Mini in Salisbury due to an issue covered by the warranty.Various delays and advised there was doubt on the warranty cover was, before being advised that the warranty would actually pick up the issue after the vehicle was eventually worked on to detect the issue. The parts were ordered promptly but work did not commence for a while.When the work was done, I was advised all work was complete, only to be told there was a further issue with the exhaust which required further investigation - another week’s delay until it was even on the ramp (next on the ramp" apparently)Told numerous times throughout the process they would "try and prioritise” - had to keep chasing and felt like I was an inconvenience and a hindrance as also told other work had priority more than once. Call back requests not followed up a couple of times despite assurances. There was a lack of empathy in being unapologetic for poor service

Had an appointment to view a car but an hour before got a email to say it’s been sold, completely wasting my time I assume loyalty and manners mean nothing here. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased new car back in April, Matt the Salesperson made the whole process straightforward and easy, purchase was done remotely. Special thanks to Katrina the Sales Manager for her help when we had a puncture shortly after picking up the car.6 months on and pleased with the car and would recommend Marshall MINI Salisbury.

The customer service is outstanding! The Mini Countryman is superb too!I've been at another local dealership (not Mini) for about 8 years. I've forgotten what great customer service feels like! Matt Stark has been fantastic and professional from start to finish. Emails and queries have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. A great team!I highly recommend.
