Worst doctor practice ever the doctors and receptionist are rude. They do not answer the phone on purpose there have been times I’ve waited for an hour and my mum has gone and come back from the doctors and says the line is ringing but the receptionist are to busy talking and not answering the call this is not on they do not care about their patients and don’t know the first thing about customer service they need to be reported and anyone that has problem with them ( and it’s a lot just look at the reviews) report them. They need to be sanctioned or shut down.

Dr Mckenzie you are amazing at your job! Rosemary I don't even know how you are still there with amount of complaints you receive!I find that most of the doctors do not have the time for you at the practice. Paula was great in reception. The place has just gone downhill! Can't get an appointment and none of the doctors want to help. We should jot have to beg to be helped!

Trying to get appointments is a complete joke you ring first thing like you told to be in a qué for ages to be told sorry no appointments try again tomorrow low and behold the next day same situation I think my family members will be dead before they manage to get an appointment I've been with this surgery since birth and unfortunately it's gone to the pits the only doctor that has time for the paitents and listens is Dr Singh but unfortunately you can't get to see him .....telephone appointments are no good COVID has been n gone the world is getting back to some sort of normality so the surgery should to ....no wonder the hospitals are overflowing and nurses over worked Purley because doctors won't see people and you can't get appointments people need to give their heads a wobble and if it's nothing major go to the chemist and self medicate pharmacists can advise n if they can't help they advise you to go the doctors it might free up appointments for people that really need them !!!!!!

If I could them a -10 I would. However fortunately for the service I have to give them a 1 to post this review.I contacted this service on behalf of my friend who was a patient there. Reception staff were so rude literally huffing whilst your on the phone as if they're tired of the calls. Lasses get another job!Dr was clueless and again rude as Dr wouldn't even let me talk. Dr didn't even offer a physical examination just an over-the-phone consultation. If I wanted that, I would have just spoken to 111. Was more concerned about resolving the symptoms rather than getting to the bottom of the issue. Wouldn't prescribe pain relief from an abscess (a very painful one btw) other than buying OTC meds. Initially refused to send prescription to preferred pharmacy, had to contact them several times until it was resolved after 6pm. Best part Dr had apparently advised my friend to attend A&E."Attended urgent care at RBH instead and Dr immediately stated she needed surgery and prescribed her stronger pain relief without hesitation. Even booked her in for surgery himself. There was no compassion care commitment communication nor competence. Only 6Cs they had was courage to give patients attitude and speak to them abruptly.I'm definitely pushing my friend to change her GP service because this is run by unprofessional and incompetent staff who are running around in a play ground rather than running the service."

I called 8am for an appointment as I had a cough for 3 weeks. I had telephone appointment with DR Datta who booked me in to see Nazia the same morning. She was extremely busy, but ensured I had a full asthma review as well as some blood tests. She was professional as well as friendly throughout and certainly went the extra mile. Was asked to go back in and see DR Datta and a follow up appointment made. The reception team had a couple of irate patients due to wait time over 10 minutes. They were professional and offered an alternative.Everyone worked together as a team, it was a busy morning on the phones and surgery busy.If you are lucky enough to get a doctors appointment show up, be respectful you have no idea what they have just had to deal with.

Absolutely awful. Don't bother booking an appointment because their waiting times are worse than A&E. The receptionists are all either terrifying, rude or nonchalant... their solution is to go to the hospital if you REALLY need help... I'm so disgusted with this practice. There's a few lovely doctors however the whole clinic is falling apart on Administration and the element of compassion which is vital in a health care practice.Prescriptions are rationed and you must beg for an appointment.Look up the 'Mrs Bibi Syndrome' - it perfectly describes the attitude around here.Fun fact - receptionist pulled a dirty face at me today and told me other patients have been waiting 50 minutes and I can rearrange if I want.If I knew her name I'd name her , glasses , short, black hair and no soul.

Very rude and irresponsible reception staff and doctors are also same. They don't care about the patients health which should be their first priority but coming in contact with the receptionists it seems like they themselves need therapy to fix their mental issues first. I don't know if the patient isn't being treated by the gp where should they go in this country to get the treatment. If you visit the surgery's doctor the only option that they leave for you is that you die. Instead of treating their patients they just give them more stress and frustration.

I rang in this surgery after more than one year as I was suffering with high fever, I rang 8am and was number 10 in the queue and got appointment 4pm.Remember minimum 4 doctors are there in this practice. Its meant four doctors will see only ten patients in eight hours. What a lovely service, keep it up.Wish I could give them score _5.

Shabnam is a very kind receptionist. Always willing to listen and very helpful. Best receptionist this surgery has ever had.

I had a terrible experience with a GP practice that promised to call me back regarding two separate issues but never followed through. Their services were utterly pathetic, lacking any professionalism or concern for patients. I cannot recommend this practice due to their failure to communicate and fulfil their commitments
