Not fit for UK.purpose and completely misinformed about what was included.Sold a Cpap machine and was told it came with several accessories including a bag. When it arrived it had no accessories and an EU cable which Under the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994, is a criminal offence. When I contacted the company they made no attempt to rectify the situation by offering to supply any of the accessories that they said were included or a UK power cable. Only offered a refund when what I need is the CPAP machine I purchased with the accessories I was told were included and a UK cable.
