Brilliant service - helpful, efficient and a great selection of brand new vans to hire. I had to get a larger van on the day and the upgrade was organised with no hassle. I was also given a full run through of the different features on the van to make sure I was up to speed before driving it. Thanks all for the great service - highly recommend this company.

Do NOT use Robinson Goss if you are new to driving on the left!!!I was the first person to hire the beautiful new Toyota SUV R/G assigned me. I scraped the curb 2-3 times in the first miles I drove. It was a super short quick touch of curb but enough to scrape the alloy rims on the brand new car.I had to pay for those repairs!!! I had paid for insurance but it left me with the first 7500 pounds. I was utterly sick about the whole thing. It really affected my trip. Josh at R/G just served to upset me further by saying surely it would not cost near the $7500 I was responsible for!!Josh told me R/G only uses new cars.Please do not do it. Your risk of minor damage is real.I used another car hire in Ireland and they always put first time left side drivers in older cars. Mine already had scrapes on the left doors and I loved that!!!Do not hire a new car. Keep looking.

Hired a mini bus from RG for a day out with my sewing group Hathaway Quilters, Stratford upon Avon.Couldn’t have asked for a better service, extremely friendly and efficient staff, mini bus lovely and clean even had apple play so could link my phone for the sat nav. Will most definitely be using them for our next outing.
