Booked a meeting months ago. No-one to meet the group so had to go elsewhere. ☹Poor customer relations!!!!

Brilliant friendly atmosphere, great priced great tasting beer.Clean well maintained rooms, well kept full sized snooker table in the concert room, pool table and darts in the games room. I would highly recommend this place for a good time

During my first visit to the UK from the US I had the privilege of visiting Ackworth Village Club. I was immediately welcomed and felt like a member of the community. From the owner, to the staff and the patrons, everyone made me feel welcomed. I can't remember the last time I laughed as much as I did during my time here. At first I thought no phones and no music would be a nightmare, but I couldn't have been more wrong; the art of conversation and sarcasm is brought back at this pub. If you are visiting Ackworth, I highly recommend popping in for a pint and seeing if you can drink like a true Yorkshireman". I
