I booked an End of Tenancy cleaning service with Connor. He was polite and took great care of the flat which required a deep cleaning. The job proved to be more demanding than anticipated due to the level of dirt in the place. However, Connor didn't let this to stop him delivering a thorough cleaning service.I strongly recommend him and I would gladly hire him again in the future.Thank you Connor!

Connor was fantastic throughout the booking process - responsive, quick and professional. The clean itself was even better! The end of tenancy clean was performed to a very high standard, and very thorough. Cannot recommend Connor and TPS enough, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

We were promised a clean of the walls and blinds, and Conor was so convincing and emphasised that he wouldn't leave until the house was spotless. We trusted him and gave his team tips. We then walked through the house with Conor and saw that we were left with was dirty wall and door marks and a broken blind. We spent another hour showing him 32 very visible dirty marks which took him a simple wipe to remove. It made us wonder what they were doing for the 3 hours of the booked clean. When we raised that the blinds were broken, Conor said he would resolve it straightaway. However, we needed to chase and we were again given empty commitments. We then rang him and he spent an hour making unacceptable excuses, and then got rude. We had to hang up and have decided to use trusted and reputable services. The worse service we have ever received. Never again!

Connor from TPS very very responsive when I initially got in touch, the booking process was easy, he arrived on time and with a smile on the day, and performed the task at hand (carpet and sofa clean) with professionalism and evident experience. Connor from TPS cleaning service is one of the most incredibly hardworking people out there and he did such an amazing job deep cleaning the flat for one of my clients from St Mungo’s. Connor was very sympathetic and sensetive towards the tenant and was genuinely so invested in the job to make sure everything was cleaned to a high standard to make sure my client felt happy and safe to return after his time in hospital.
