Engine malfunction on a gas connection ford mondeo m4Leader was the last port of call after 4 other mechanics couldn't diagnose the fault including ford!! Thanks again for getting us back on the road.

Fitted alarm to my vehicle works great, also said he done car repairs, collected my vehicle said he was taking it to his house to repair it but he sent it to the main dealers, they charged me 300 just to looke at it, now i cant contact him, be carefull. (fanny merchant)

Recommended to me by Halfords Autocentre, Redditch after they diagnosed an unspecified electrical issue with my wife's heater on her Mini Paceman. These two guys were extremely polite , professional and courteous throughout the whole process. They diagnosed the specific electrical issue in around 30mins, which cost me their standard call-out fee plus standard one hour diagnosis time. They ordered and charged me for the necessary replacement part and fitted it for me once it was delivered. In addition to the replacement part, they diagnosed a faulty battery and recommended it was also replaced. They quoted me a price, but I sourced the battery myself (which they were more than happy for me to do) for a cheaper price, which they fitted for FREE. Would have no hesitation recommending Leader to others. Everyone has the right to their opinion, but the experiences apparently encountered by other reviewers on here are a 'million miles away' from my own positive experience. Excellent communications and door to door service also included in the repair cost . Thank you Phil and Rob, heater now working perfectly again!

Came to Coventry fixed electrical gremlin in wiring on my merc. .Cost what he quoted.2nd time came out didn't charge me.Easily 5 stars for that act alone.Rare to find someone who isn't a money grabber in this day and age.

Too expensive to try and not particularly helpful. £30 call out less than a mile away and £39 per hour from when he arrived. The call out should've been £39 to include the first hour, that would've been fairer. Shame I could've given him a lot of work being in the trade.
