Les Harkers Amusements & Bingo

Always great in here. Staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of machines for the kids is great. The only thing we miss is Les. He was such a lovely guy. Not been the same visiting without him but nice to see his pictures up around the place and see how much he was loved by all.

Been comeing for over 10 years kids always changed there money box for 2p to be told they don't do it now when les always was for the kids and used do anything to help really disappointed this year

Amazing staff who carry the friendliness and respect that Les held. Although a piece of the amusements is missing and Les sadly missed it, it has not lost its family feel and friendliness. If we come to North Wales, we come to Les Harkers it's a 19-year tradition now. X

Very very rude staff. Went into the amusements spending alot of money. My two granddaughters were with me . After been there a while a extremely rude assistant came over and told her to take her hoodie down when we asked why he pointed out to a poster on the wall saying that was the rules. We couldn't see any mention of any hoods . The next day we went back and asked to see the manager we started to explain what had happened but he was very rude arrogant and ignorant. Craig the manager wouldn't let us explain why my granddaughter who is only 13 and has a very legitimate reason to keep a hood up. I would question the reasoning for the policy of no hoods (which was given so face's can be seen of cctv) when a member of our party (in his 50s) was wearing a baseball cap also covering facial features on cctv was not asked to remove the cap. The policy should be amended to be a clear face policy which would therefore not discriminate against groups that tend to wear hoodie,without due cause to ask someone to remove a hood. This is extremely dissapointing in an inclusive society and i wonder how this policy was managed during covid years when it was the law to wear a mask (face covering) were to be worn in indoor spaces.

Customer service zero, Very rude & Argumentative staff, Faulty machine refused to check machine, Then just walked off. Prizes on 2p machines are the worst I've ever seen. Just interested in taking max profit & nothing else. Even when you win on the bingo you only get 200 tickets for a bingo win AVOID AVOID

Always a favourite place of ours. Staff are wonderful and it's a good seaside atmosphere. Always plenty for the children to do and kids arcade games. Pays out plenty of tickets on these machines which the children have then to chose prizes with the value of tickets won money is also payed out on the 2p machines aswell. Definitely worth a visit.

Ther all the same but this one felt like it had given up and was just racking it in.We like to go to the 2p machines... its a bit of a tradition and try to win as many silly toys as possible..... we won about 2 between 5 of us.There is 1 toilet which is hidden in the corner between 2 other doors with no sign, light off , is disgusting and didn't flush..... Great with a toddler and a 5 year old who give you 3 seconds notice unfortunately...... its the nearest arcade so its the only one we went in

Honestly the best amusement in rhyl, how they work the machines with tickets, the prizes all being actual good prizes , even a choice to choose from the grab machines you can never win on ! All the staff were lovely, filled up machines all the time . Then on an even greater scale of going above and beyond my son left his special Teddy there & I even managed to get through FROM HOME to arrange safe travel for the Teddy to come home which really is an act of kindness you can't even pay for. We will be returning over snd over and recommend to anyone of any age ! Ps the young lad from Wigan was amazing, stocked the 2ps with blocks and prizes as soon as we emptied them (which was alot as we were in there 5 days for at least 2 hours a time ha) amazing service guys !

Absolutely horrible manager saw him throw out a family of 5 because of a hoody. Went to go look on the poster of rules and there was no mention of any face coverings or cctv. I believe this is an act of discrimination against age groups.
