Visited a couple of times for different treatments and as I purchase a package for several sessions, always great service and treatments. Gemma is lovely and a great professional. Last treatment has been however the opposite, the new lady has been quite passive aggressive when it comes to my booking as it was a really good deal, had to re-schedule several times and was even told that she should cancel my booking due to the expiry ( when purchased I was assured there was no validity). Kept being pushed to buy more packages which were way more expensive. Managed to get it booked and received a completely different treatment and much shorter.I will come back for some treatments but will book online.

Excellent and professional microneedling experience with Savannah. Felt very safe and reassured. Really knowledgeable and friendly!Savannah also has a medical background as a registered nurse which is comforting. Be cautious of letting others less qualified touch your skin.

Honestly, Savannah is the best practitioner I ever go to, she's so sweet and lovely and it's the most welcoming cosmetic experience I ever have. Always remembers me and is completely helpful and creates a relaxing, enjoyable and rewarding experience - that for me - is seldom found elsewhere. Priced reasonably and an impeccably clean studio. I'll always come back! Highly recommend.
