Bad opening times for sorting office. No good for working people. Online says invalid email for getting a re send of parcel.

Staff excellent, Service was excellent.What needs improvement is the technology they have been issued for taking images for passports and driving licences.This was not the fault of the staff at the post office, but a failure of the way that the IT has been implementedWhen having my picture taken, it repeatedly reported that the image was not suitable, for reasons that could not be correct, such as hair covering eyes, or shadows in the background.

My small parcel del'd to wrong address (next Road) given back to postman. Postman says he doesn't remember it. Still not found. Written to manager detailing what has happened giving my 'phone number I have heard nothing so far. It can't have just disappeared. Not a brililant service

I saw the Royal Mail van from my bedroom window so went downstairs to open the front door but by the time I got there it had gone. My wife and I were both in, but the driver didn’t bother to ring our very loud bell.He just left a card. So now I have to make an unnecessary trip to my local delivery office. Angry!

How do you describe a commercial organisation that has incredibly helpful staff that uses out of date software on its 'automated' kit to safe time that is different from that used by its counter staff. Or is aligned to a sister company that collects post at 5:10 when the counter staff take mail up to 5:30.Good for the competion and frustrating for customers. Is my description.l
