I have been having my hair cut with John Olivers for several years. They are experts and I am always very happy with the cut. Both salons in Norwich are comfortable and clean and very welcoming. I especially want to mention my brilliant stylist Damien!

I have only ever come to John Oliver’s since moving here a few years ago. Everyone is super friendly and you feel very well looked after and relaxed when you come here. My hair cuts have been wonderful and my hair is in the best condition thanks to the advice and products suggested between cuts. Most recently Leah has been cutting and colouring my hair and she is amazing! I cannot recommend her and the team highly enough!

Have recently started going to John Olivers since moving back to Norfolk and have been really pleased. The service from everyone who works there is excellent. I've always found that the stylists are ready to listen and give advice and I've been really pleased with my hair every time I've been. I recently had a perm with Abby and she was great talking through all the options during an initial consultation and then talking through how to look after my hair and plan follow up appointments. I'm really pleased with the results and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Georgia gave me a gorgeous cut and blow-dry, she was so kind and made sure to consider my hair type and texture while perfectly replicating the pictures I brought in for reference. I had such a good experience, the whole staff were lovely and its the best haircut I've had in years - would very highly recommend :)

An excellent salon, in a historic setting with highly trained, very friendly and professional staff. Leah, who qualified just over a year ago, was thoroughly prepared. She took time to find out exactly how I wanted my very curly hair to be cut, coloured and blow dried straight. The result was perfect and I'll definitely be going back. Even the coffee is a cut above!

Fantastic service from Georgia. I had a semi-permanent hair colour and it is honestly the best colour I have had ever!! It is so natural with no brassiness or unnatural shades.So happy to have found a colour that works for my hair. It completely covers the grey but with no harsh regrowth. Would recommend Georgia completely. She is professional and friendly and certainly knows all about hair colours. Amazing.
