courtesy car avilabla no vehicle checkwould not tell me how worn discs and brakes wereasked for vehicle check wouldnt give mecourtesy car was booked to someone else the following monring and so had to leave my work as a doctor with a clnic full of patient to come and deliver car back, service very poor, used to go to thames ditton honda which was impeccable unfortunately now, will be going to trident honda in chertsey

I have recently started taking my Honda to this garage after a local garage closed down. I have been very pleased with the annual MOT/service but particularly impressed at the speedy way they have dealt with extra issues e.g. when I drove over a bump and had part of the car trailing underneath, they looked at it and fixed it immediately. The mechanics are polite and skilled, and the reception staff are friendly and efficient. Also, I love their choice of music: Gold radio! Thank you, Brayley!

This was the first time I had gone to this Branch and I was very impressed, right from the word go! The service from your twoladies at the Service Reception desk was first class and I particularly liked the way they answered my questions, before I even asked them! Very efficient. The Handover of the car was done after we waited as they were busy. The paperwork had not been done in advance. The car was presented with some major scratches on the Bonnet that had happened at the dealership since we looked at the car to buy. The Car Parking for Customers is nothing short of diabolical

We have used Brayleys now for six years to service our Honda Jazz and we have always been delighted with their care and customer service. The car is collected from our home and returned in excellent condition. Any work the technician advises is phoned through and quoted, so we have never had an unexpected extra charge.
