spent ages waiting for a quote despite multiple chasers . Agreed price and model then the chase for an install began . Multiple texts and emails later , no reply other than to say he was busy . Still waiting some 3 months later for an install date . Given up and job given to someone else - Awful customer service

Absolutely stunning job,better than we had hoped. Ian came out talked us through the process and what we wanted. Turned up when they said and left 7s with a stunning focal point. I'm so glad I took his advice on lights too.Superb aftercare service.Brilliant job done, many thanksTerry&Paula Hanlon

I would highly recommend Ian and his team from the one stop stove shop in Hartlepool. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Providing friendly advice/recommendations of what would suit my home and with plenty of choice. A very professional service which has resulted in a fabulous fire place. Thank you the one stop stove shop.

The One Stop Stove Shop
Absolute disgrace paid 2000 pound deposit in August for an installation on the 31st of October rang and text numerous times and had no reply then on 30th October the day befor installation got a text saying couldn't do the job and returned my deposit leaving us completely high and dry. DO NOT USE Ian butler of one stop stoves
