I went in to the store for a sim only contract. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and very pleasant.The young lady Sophie helped me get my pac code from my previous provider. She went above and beyond what was required from her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store.

Was very short on time for my lunch break to acquire my new phone on the day of its release. Having spoken to a John to schedule a time to be In store (lunch break), John was kind enough to prepare EVERYTHING necessary for the sale before my arrival and gave me the complete (and mandatory) t&c's run through with fine but speedy detail. Superb level of customer care!

Got a sim only deal the beginning of August. I requested to put a £5 spending cap on that deal. I would expect that the phone would be cut off if I spend more that £5, or at least getting a text message. Well, the cap does not included bolt on, whatever they are lol. So I ended up with a bill for £57. Discussed this with the shop yesterday and complained that I put a cap on just to avoid getting a bill like this.The shop assistant, who is very arrogant and cocky, told me to read the small print as they don't have time to explain 17 pages of small print.

My Experia phone unable to get access. Was given advice of whom to take phone to to get repaired. Called into shop and Vinnie gave me great information on best phone, wasn't pushy, and to be honest really happy with all the advice. Great customer care. Definitely go here again. Which I have since 2013.

Staff were lovely and very attentive- had placed an order with customer services and accidentally upgraded the wrong number and was unable to receive texts or calls. Staff fixed this issue quickly and had no issues.

Horrible behaviour of the staff to a lil child with his mum. Shouting on a customer and making child panicked.. absolutely horrible, disgusting doing this to a customer specially having a child. Action needs to be taken !! I won't even recommend to send them for training bcoz civil behaviour doesn't require a special training,it should be in the staff while hiring.
