A huge thank you to the team here, I have been n contact with Beth from Claremont from Day 1 of our sale, and she has been nothing short of tremendous for me. I've had little reason to call her, as she has left me with all updates, as often as they occur. A massive thank you to Claremont, and big thank you to Beth for everything!

Cannot thank Gopi lettings manager at Claremont property group enough for all her help in finding our rental property for us. She kept us fully up to date with what was going on with our referencing and got us moved into our new rental home within the week. I would highly recommend Gopi and the Claremont property group if you're looking to rent. You will not be disappointed with the service!

BE WARNED! Don't trust Claremont.I am chasing my initial £500 reservation fee for a property in Solihull Heights with Claremont Property Group and the reason for this is that it is now 6 months from reserving the property and I am been told I still cannot move in! I paid the fee in August 2017 with the expectation as advised by Claremont that I would be moving in August/September 2017. This date passed and then I was told the new date is December/January 2017. In a recent communication with Claremont I was informed that they now cannot give me a date of completion for the property and therefore I wish to receive my £500 reservation fee back and cancel the purchase of this property. They gladly took my money 6 months ago but can't even deliver a proper, complete property build.If Claremont fail to refund me my £500 reservation fee then I will be contacting Trading Standards or failing that I will go to the small claims court and go through that process to get my money back. I am still awaiting a reply via email.

As a landlord I feel that the service provided by Claremont has been brilliant. In particular Gopi, who helped me find a tenant. She kept me updated on a regular basis in regards to interest that was received for the property, how the viewings went and providing me relevant feedback that may have been beneficial to me.Once a tenant had been found she ensured I had a full understanding of the steps that needed to be taken to arrange for the property to be occupied and if I had any questions she was happy to answer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires help in property management whether they have one property or a portfolio of properties.

Claremont were great i needed advice on mortgages and the sales process staff were very helpful and guided me through the whole process. They were quick to respond and always followed up on my requests.

I am thrilled to have finally found my new rental property all thanks to Gopi Lettings manager at Claremont who helped me find and move into my new rental property within a week. I wanted to buy flat from you Claremont group at solihull Heights Birmingham.You said yes to the offer, I paid deposit and got a lawyer and the mortgage l. after three months, the week of exchange, you changed your mind.This was 3 weeks before my marriage. You changed your mind because you think you can make more money after Brexit,, so whyyyyyyyy did you post the flat for sale. Why wasting my time and my money ?? Why??I lost 1500 lawyer fees. I had to get married in a rented room. My wife had cried because of you and returned the ferniture, which we couldn't return all ( we can sell you some if you want )You have caused me enough harm. Now I have been requesting my deposit back from Mandy and I can't get it. It is been forever.I really hope you take this seriously, I have had enough harm from you. You need to send the deposit back.

AVOID!!! Be warned!!! Thanks to Grace, I finally got my holding deposit back after 5 months! If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I ever would have got it back! Not good!

Really professional and friendly service from Claremont who helped me sell a number of properties. Beth in particular is very good at her job and was always on top of things and great at providing communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Claremont.
